Naigaon, 24th September 2024 — Don Bosco High School and Junior College buzzed with excitement during the Trilingual Elocution Competition, which highlighted the talents of young orators from the Secondary Section. Led by Fr. Anthony Fonseca, the event aimed to enhance students’ communication skills, boost their confidence, and refine their public speaking abilities.
This competition was a remarkable showcase of talent in three languages, featuring students from grades V to X. A total of fifty-four participants competed, with three representatives from each division providing an excellent platform for young speakers to shine. The students were well-prepared, thanks to their subject teachers’ guidance and support.
The Trilingual Elocution Competition served not only as a competitive platform but also as an opportunity for students to express themselves and develop vital skills for their future.
Fr. Anthony Fonseca, whose vision made the competition possible, took a moment to commend the efforts of both students and teachers. “It’s wonderful to witness such confidence,” he remarked. “Each student brought their unique voice to the stage, and I see future leaders and speakers among them.”
