The Don Bosco Fiesta’s Opening Ceremony for the Interschool Competitions was held on 30th August 2024 at 9:00 am in the school hall.
The program began with an introduction, followed by a vibrant welcome dance that beautifully captured the theme “LET OUR LIGHT SHINE.” Our Rector then delivered a warm welcome address, after which the ceremonial lighting of the lamp took place, symbolizing the illumination of knowledge and talent.
A skit from the life of Don Bosco presented by the college students, depicting his dream at the age of 9. The skit highlighted the relevance of Don Bosco’s vision in today’s world, inspiring the audience to make a positive impact.
The dignitaries were then introduced, and our esteemed Chief Guest, Police Inspector Mr. Mangesh Andhare, shared his inspiring thoughts, motivating the audience to strive for excellence. He officially declared the Don Bosco Fiesta open, marking the commencement of the event.
Our Principal, Rev. Fr. Anthony Fonseca, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved for their tireless efforts, making the event a success. The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the contributions of all participants.
