CLASS – XII SCIENCE
On 26th July 2024, the Class XII Science students of the college section presented a thought-provoking assembly on the theme “Respect for Life” in the school hall at 2:30 pm. The assembly aimed at instilling the vital value of respect in all aspects of life, fostering a culture of empathy, inclusivity, and compassion.
The students presented the theme through engaging PowerPoint presentations, energetic dance performances, and a poignant skit. The skit, based on daily experiences, poignantly depicted respect for parents, teachers, friends, and individuals with physical challenges.
Rev. Fr. Dominic Martis commended the students’ efforts, emphasizing that such assemblies provide invaluable opportunities for young minds to develop essential communication skills and showcase their talents. He underscored the importance of earning respect through our actions, stating, “Respect cannot be earned by disrespecting others. We must always show respect through our actions.”
The assembly served as a powerful reminder of the transformative Impact of respect in our lives, inspiring students to embrace this value in their personal and collective journeys. The success of this event demonstrates the school’s commitment to fostering a respectful and compassionate community, and it will be remembered as a significant milestone in our journey towards this goal.
