Art Meets Wellness: Poster Making Competition Highlights Importance of Nutrition and Hygiene

On Thursday, September 11, 2025, students from Grades XI and XII gathered in the Elective Room on the second floor for an engaging Poster Making Competition. The event revolved around two thought-provoking themes: "Nourish and Flourish" and "Clean Habits, Healthy Habits."

Through vibrant and creative posters, 26 students showcased their understanding of the vital connection between healthy habits, nutrition, and overall well-being. The competition aimed to inspire students to think creatively about how good nutrition and cleanliness can lead to success and a balanced life.

By combining artistic expression with practical awareness, the event reminded students of the significance of daily choices in shaping their physical and mental health. The competition concluded with a valuable takeaway: the importance of good nutrition and cleanliness in leading a healthier, more balanced life.
