Blue House Day Celebrated with the Spirit of Mother Teresa

The students and teachers of the Blue House celebrated their House Day with great joy and devotion on 12th September 2025, drawing inspiration from their house mascot, Mother Teresa, a symbol of compassion, mercy, and selfless service.

The special assembly held in the school hall beautifully reflected the life and works of mercy of Mother Teresa. The programme included a graceful dance, an inspiring speech, a touching poem, and a thought-provoking skit that brought alive the values she stood for. A series of well-designed PowerPoint presentations added depth to the programme, creatively capturing the essence of this great humanitarian and saint.

The Rector addressed the gathering and congratulated the students and teachers of the Blue House for their brilliant presentation and meaningful performances. He highlighted how Mother Teresa’s life continues to inspire countless people to serve humanity with love and humility.

The Principal, Fr. Anthony Fonseca, expressed his appreciation for the sincere efforts of the students and the House Mistress, commending their hard work, innovative ideas, and teamwork that made the assembly a memorable one. He encouraged everyone to follow Mother Teresa’s example in their daily lives by reaching out to those in need with kindness and generosity.

The celebration concluded on an uplifting note, reminding everyone that true greatness lies in simple acts of love and service—a message that Mother Teresa lived by throughout her life.
