"THE POWER OF YOUR DREAMS"

A one-day seminar titled,

 'The Power of Your Dreams' was organised for the teaching staff of Don Bosco High School & Junior College, Naigaon East on 10th June 2026 in the school AV Hall. The session was conducted by Rev. Fr. Mario Vaz, Rector and Parish Priest of St. John Bosco Church, Borivali, with the aim of promoting professional growth, student motivation, and staff collaboration.

Fr. Vaz highlighted the importance of positive affirmations in the classroom, encouraging teachers to observe students closely, identify signs of academic or emotional difficulties, and provide timely support with empathy. He further focused on fostering healthy staff relationships. Through a group activity, teachers engaged in teamwork and problem-solving exercises that reinforced communication, cooperation, and mutual support.

The Seminar offered practical insights into motivating students and strengthening collegial relationships. Aligned with the Salesian values of accompaniment and family spirit, the programme inspired teachers to become more compassionate educators and collaborative team members.
