In keeping with the International Yoga Day, our school students practiced  the various asanas such as Tadasana, Vajrasana, Hastha padasana, Ushtrasana, Pashimotanasan, Bhujangasana, Sethubhandasana, Anulomvilom, Sheetali, Bhrami Pranayam and Kapalbhathi Kriya.
